Our Wind Mitigation Inspection will help identify potential savings in your home owners insurance. This quick inspection documents hurricane clips, roof condition and hurricane shutters (among other items) which, if you qualify (and most homeowners qualify for some discount), will reduce your home owners insurance bill each year for the next five years.

Full Home Inspection

Analyzing the major systems in a house (foundation, electrical, HVAC, roof, grounds, etc...) for issues you will need to address or may need to address in the near future. While no home inspection catches everything, the full home inspection will give you peace of mind you know what to expect in your largest purchase. Included in our Full Home Inspetion is also a wind mitigation inspection which we will send directly to your insurance agent.
